The two television actors will keep the ceremony a low-key affair

After Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh now the telly world is abuzz with news of Karan Singh Grover tying knot with once-upon-a-time best friend Jennifer Winget. The duo became famous as an on-screen couple in Dill Mill Gayye. Karan was formerly married to Shradha Nigam but filed a divorce in December 2009. Jennifer, who had been Karan’s best friend of seven years, was linked to him even when he was still married to Shraddha. Jennifer confessed that even though they were together now, what was written about them earlier on were based on rumours and speculation. “I’ve known Karan for a long time. Whatever happened in the past is of no consequence. All that matters is the present and the future, which I want to spend only with him,” she said. Also, as opposed to the rumours that the two had a very low-key affair, Winget said, “We’ve not kept a low profile, and it hasn’t been very long. It’s been just a few months.” And guess those few months were enough for the two to realize that they are made for each other!

But the wedding ceremony, which is in progress even as we write this, is a hush-hush affair. Revealing the real reason behind this, Jennifer says, “It will be a quiet affair at home, with family only. It’s not a hush-hush wedding. We both are very private people, that’s why it’s low-key.”

Looks like Karan and Jennifer are clear about the hows, whys and whats of their relationship and so we leave it at that. But not before wishing them a happy married life. Cheers!
