What is the secret to the actor’s professionalism and what keeps her going? Ample ‘chill’ time, wethinks. Take a look!
If it’s one person in Bollywood who can teach you and me how to maintain the work-life balance, it’s Madhuri Dixit-Nene. For the past few months, in between giving dance lessons on her website and looking after her hubby and kids, the actor-dancer shot for dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6, worked on her movies Gulaab Gang and Dedh Ishqiya and smiled through countless TV commercials.
And when all this was running smoothly, she suddenly lost her ailing father. Missing just half of the Jhalak grand finale shoot ‘cos she had to rush home to be with her family, Madhuri soon put the grief aside, stuck a smile on her face and got back to work. Professionalism at its best, no?
And whoever said only actor Aamir Khan was a perfectionist? Balancing her emotional loss with her hectic work that demands perfectionism, Mads spruced up her act, got up on her feet (literally) and prepared for Shahrukh Khan’s Temptation Reloaded tour of the Australian continent (the Southeast Asian tour was cancelled). During the multi-city event, she not only wowed audiences with her dancing, but also made sure she spent time with the kangaroos and koalas and visited tourist sites. Take a look at a day in the life of Madhuri Dixit-Nene, through her pictures!
