In the last match of dice, the Pandavas and Kauravas were forced to leave Hasthinapur along with their wife, Draupadi

After spending 12 years of exile in the forest, the Pandavas were stipulated by their agreement with the Kauravas to spend the thirteenth year incognito.

They were to be invisible by others and spend a year in anonymity and failing to do so would mean 13 more years in exile. The Pandavas spent the year in disguise at the court of King Virāta, who was unaware that they were Pandavas .

King Yudhishthir dons a minister’s look, Mantri Kank ‘coz of his political skills he goes on to become an important member in King Virata’s kingdom. Bheem puts on a royal chef’s look – Ballav Maharaj. Arjun who get cursed by Upsara, Brihannala to spend a year as a eunuch decides to teach music and dance to King Virata’s daughter. When the King learns of Arjun’s identity, he offers his daughter’s hand for marriage, but Arjun refuses it and decides to get his son married to her.

Draupadi dons a beautician’s (Sairandari) look, Malini. Sahdev dresses up as a cattleman, Tantripal and takes care of cows and other livestock. Lastly, Nakul becomes the stableman in King Virata’s kingdom who takes care of the horses.Subscribe to me on YouTube
