Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis’ wife set to make a glamorous debut opposite Amitabh Bachchan

While Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis is working hard to make the state a better place, his wife Amruta Fadnavis is working on her musical career. Mrs Fadnavis has already sung for films like Kunal Kohli’s Phir Se and Prakash Jha’s Jai Gangaajal. However, she has never been seen onscreen till date. But this is all going to change, as she makes her debut with Amitabh Bachchan very soon. Amruta and Big B shot for a musical video yesterday.

While Amitabh looked stunning during the shoot, Amruta was at her glamorous best dressed in fiery red dress and high heels. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the musical video was shot at Opera House from 9 am till late evening yesterday. And from what we hear, it is an eye catching number.

The video is being produced by Bhushan Kumar under his T-Series banner. Talking more about the music video, director Ahmed revealed to Mumbai Mirror, “It’s a beautiful song, titled Phir Se, which will see Amrutaji seeking admission to a performing arts institute which is headed by Amitji. There is a conversational scene between the two.” ALSO READ – Prakash Jha: Devendra Fadnavis’ wife Amruta perfect fit for Jai Gangaajal’s song!

Amitabh also mentioned about the shoot in his tweet, “Shooting a video with VIP celebrity at the famed Opera House, recently refurbished into spectacular sight.” He also shared a few pictures from the shoot:

Ahmed, Amruta and Amitabh had to be very careful while shooting as the auditorium was surrounded by expensive antiques. However, it was all worth it. This will be the first time that the Chief Minister’s wife has not only lent vocals to a music video but also graced the screen.  While Amitabh has projects like Aankhen 2 and Sarkaar 3, we hear Amruta is currently composing a few more songs.
