Ghajini producer Madhu Mantena, who amicably ended his nine-year-long relationship with Nandana Sen, is in love again. Friends of friends of the tall, dark and hunky producer say that Madhu wanted to settle down (read: get married), whereas Nandana planned to move to New York and settle there.

Anyway, the girl who has Mantena hooked and booked is Mugdha Godse! Apparently a few months ago the two lonely hearts (After Fashion, the Marathi mulgi split with model boyfriend Mithun Purandare) got introduced at a party, exchanged numbers and soon love blossomed.

Neither the Heroine babe nor her producer beau have acknowledged that they are dating each other, but our feathered friend insists that the new couple is truly, madly and deeply in love.
