Myra Karn gives up an MBA career for films

The young actor who played the role of Jessica Lall in No One Killed Jessica gives up her aspirations of becoming a marketing professional to further her accidental movie career.

Myra Karn, who played the role of Jessica Lal in No One Killed Jessica, was an aspiring marketing professional and was about to give her CAT exams when director Raj Kumar Gupta approached her for the role. The actor reluctantly agreed and planned to go back to doing her MBA after completing the shooting of the film. Myra had no fascination for the big screen at that point. But things have completely changed since the release of the film. After being noticed and praised for her portrayal of Jessica, loads of offers have been pouring in too. Though she is hasn’t yet signed on the dotted line, the response has compelled her to give up her MBA studies for good. “I am completely flustered with the success of the film. And I think I have given up my MBA career for now. It doesn’t mean that I’m going to jump at all the offers I am receiving. I am a very choosy person,” says the young actor.Subscribe to me on YouTube
