The festival this year is dedicated to Japanese pink films
The 12th Osian’s-Cinefan Film Festival opens on the night of July 27 in New Delhi with Japanese anime film Asura. The film is directed by Keiichi Sato and is out of competition.
Osian’s film fest will be inaugurated by Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit at Siri Fort Complex. The fest will go on till August 5, 2012 at Siri Fort and Osianama at the Kila. Osian’s this year is dedicated to Japanese pink films, paying tribute to filmmakers Koji Wakamatsu and Masao Adachi. Also, Marco Mueller, Director, Rome Film Festival will deliver the inaugural Mani Kaul Memorial Lecture at the festival.
