Parineeti Chopra: All the compliments I get for my body are negative!

She’s a fantastic actor, but looks like she’s forever under the fashion police attack for her not to stylish appearances

Parineeti Chopra and Sidharth Malhotra are beautiful actors, however the Hasee Toh Phasee stars have some stark differences. While Sid is often praised for his perfect body and sex appeal, while his heroine has borne the brunt of not so flattering comments about her body. These actors shared some very intimate details in a chat on ETC BBiz show. The Ishaqzaade babe said, “All the compliments I get for by body are negative – as in ‘you’re a little fat, you’re overweight’.” However she made this otherwise serious statement sound in a light vein when she added, “Komal Sir, please keep complimenting Sid about his body, his looks and his sex appeal. He’ll be very happy.” Ms Chopra however had some really special compliments to talk about too, After watching Ladies Vs Ricky Behl, Yashji called me to thank me for signing Ishaqzaade and it was the most amazing moment for me.”

Mr Malhotra on the other hand hoped he was in Pari’s shoes, he said, “I hope, now people will start appreciating my acting talent and not just my physique and sex appeal. Fans compliment me on my physique, so much so that some of them compliment individual body parts and that gets embarrassing.”

This duo’s chemistry on the show was truly entertaining. Both the actors couldn’t help but pull each others legs. Parineeti talked of the Student Of The Year actor’s good looks, “I just want to clarify that the film is called Hasee Toh Phasee but actually, jab Sid hansta hai toh ladkiyaan phasti hain! We were all so attracted to Sid that the entire crew would come to the set just to see him!” And Sid feels that Ms Chopra is too loud, “Madam Pari was so loud that our sound recordist would tell me Sir, please speak loudly. Your mic is catching her sound more than yours’!”
