This was with regards to the FIR lodged against them for depicting the Goddess Radha inappropriately

A while ago, there was a hue and cry over the way Radha – the Goddess of Hindus, was depicted in a song in Student Of The Year. The movie was directed by Karan Johar and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment Ltd owned by Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan, and Dharma Productions.

And so, an FIR was lodged against SRK, Gauri, Karan Johar amongst others, by Sudhir Kumar Ojha in Muzaffarpur. Now, Justice Gopal Prasad of the Patna High Court has passed an order staying the criminal proceedings against the accused that also included the lead actors of the movie Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra.

Also, Ojha has been asked to file a reply in response to the stay over the matter.
