Priyanka Chopra has pipped stars like Vidya Balan, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone for the title of India’s Glam Diva, bestowed by Big CBS Love’s show India’s Glam Diva. Priyanka was crowned by her fan Siddhi Singh, a Mumbai-based girl. The actress was named the winner on the basis of public voting. In the finale episode, Priyanka will express her joy at winning the title and will share the ambitions and desires she has as an actor and a woman.
The actress has been successful with her movie choices – whether it was her debut film Andaaz or her National Award winning portrayal in Fashion. Priyanka is now also utilising her melodious voice to launch a music album in the US. Jury member and choreographer Shiamak Davar said, “She wants to be number one; she wants to conquer the world; she wants to make it not only in India but globally – which is great.”
