Looks like the makers of Milan Talkies, starring Imran Khan, are in quite a dilemma. And we say that ‘coz after finalising Sonakshi Sinha, they changed their minds at the last minute and decided to bring Priyanka Chopra on board
The taaza khabar that’s doing the rounds on Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Milan Talkies is that Priyanka Chopra has given her nod to the project. In fact, she was so impressed by the concept of portraying small town romance onscreen that she agreed to be a part of the film without giving it much thought. Now we are sure it’s going to be cakewalk for the Bareilly babe to portray the simplicity of a small town love story. But the question still remains – why did the makers think that PC can do justice to the role and Sonakshi Sinha can’t? You remember that her name was reported as being Imran Khan’s co-star in this project, right? Well, we guess it’s ‘coz the Barfi! babe is more bankable that the Rowdy Rathore actor.
Tanuj Garg, CEO of Balaji Motion Pictures, has been trying to cover up the mess by demanding how people could think that PC could replace Sonakshi if Ms Sinha hadn’t even been approached for the role. We hope the makers of MT make up their minds ASAP, or else it won’t be long that we will soon witness a dhamakedar new catfight in B-town…

A very interesting pairing, great actress and hopefully Imran Khan show his acting chops with Matru Ki Bijlee coming up, Bhardwaj is directing so he should get the best out of him.
