The Exotic babe might be at the top right now, but the gal surely has had a share of controversies in her career which are going to be revealed on the 70mm

Priyanka Chopra might be doing a biopic on Indian woman boxer, Mary Kom. But what if we tell you that someone else is planning to make a biopic on Priyanka herself. Yes, according to a report in a leading daily, PeeCee’s ex-boyfriend Aseem Merchant has launched a production house and its first film will revolve around the Fashion actor’s first few years in tinsel town.

More specifically, on the Exotic babe’s ex-manager Prakash Jaju. For those of you who don’t know, Ms Chopra and Jaju share quite a controversial history. Back in 2004, Priyanka and Jaju had a fallout, which led to the latter being arrested and imprisoned for 67 days in 2008. According to Jaju, the Dostana actor owed him a huge amount of money and refused to clear his dues. The situation took a turn for worse when Jaju allegedly started interfering in Priyanka’s personal life, after which her father (late) Dr Ashok Chopra filed an FIR against Jaju, stating that he was not only making false allegations against his daughter but also threatening the family members. Phir kya hua? Jaju went into hiding and was finally arrested from Mau, Madhya Pradesh.

Ah, well. No wonder Aseem wants to make a film on this! After all, who wouldn’t want to watch something as controversial as this, hai na? We don’t know how will the Gunday actor react to this.

Anyway, we hear that this film will also feature actors who will portray the characters of Hema Malini, Jackie Shroff and Sridevi. “It chronicles Priyanka‘s life from the day she entered the film industry till I was put in jail. There will be actors who portray Hema Malini, Sridevi and Jackie Shroff too since I handled their work, before turning into a fund manager. It was only because Priyanka’s father insisted that I take up her work that I returned to Bollywood,” Jaju commented about Aseem’s film.

Ahaa! All said and done, we surely can’t wait to watch all of this on the silver screen. Do you think like we do, BollywoodLifers?Subscribe to me on YouTube
