Priyanka Chopra’s single In my city: First look
PeeCee pays a tribute to her nomadic childhood in this track
As the countdown to the release of Priyanka Chopra’s first single begins, the actor-singer decides to reveal more about the concept of the song, which also features will.i.am. The track In my city is based on PeeCee’s life. Her daddy was an army doctor and that meant that Piggy Chops had to keep moving from one place to another through her growing up years. She has spent her childhood in towns like Jamshedpur, Bareilly, Pune, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Ambala and Ladakh.
“In My City celebrates the contribution of all these cities to my life, making me the nomad that I am,” says Priyanka. We like!
The first look of the single is also out and we must say we love the close-up shot of Piggy Chops in her all new avatar. It’s not as crazy or eye-grabbing as we would have liked it to be, considering how adventurous apni Priyanka is! But let’s hope that the chick brings her quirky side to fore as she continues to unfurl the complete album! For now, we can’t wait to know what the first single is going to sound and look like!
