The makers of Queen have released a video of the making of London Thumakda song
The year 2013 may have been fantastic for Deepika Padukone with three back to back hit films to her credit. But after watching the trailer of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film Queen, we can easily say that 2014 is going to be dhamaakedaar for Kangana. The film portrays Kangana as a naive and innocent girl who ends up going for her honeymoon all alone to Amsterdam and Paris, after her wedding plans go kaput.
Not only aam janta, but some peeps from B-town are also going gaga about the trailer of the film, and the first song from the movie titled London Thumakda is catching everyone’s frenzy. The song is set – as the makers have said – at a typical Dilli waali shaadi, and is filled with electrifying beats of dhol and quirky lyrics, which will surely make you dance.
Now the makers have released a three minute video, in which we can see how the cast and crew of Queen prepared for the London Thumakda song. From director Vikas Bahl, to composer of the song Amit Trivedi, to costume designers, to Kangana Queen Ranaut herself – everybody is seen talking about their experience while shooting for the song. There also comes a point in the video when director says, “Like Dhoni is in Cricket, Kangana is in Bollywood”. Now that will be right only after the success of Queen, hai na?
