On the day Rajesh Khanna passed away, Anita Advani slapped a legal notice on his family demanding that they not evict her from Khanna’s bungalow Aashirwad, claiming to have been his live-in partner for over eight years.
Advani’s lawyer Manohar Shetty said, “The matter is posted for hearing on interim reliefs on November 27.”
Advani wished to be granted protection under the Domestic Violence Act, allowing access to Aashirwad, where she claimed to have lived with the late superstar since 2003.
