Rakshabandhan special: Five musical gems that make brother-sister bonding special!

Over the years, these songs have become evergreen – they celebrate the relationship between siblings with emotional depth and fervour

Which was the last film that portrayed a heart-warming brother-sister relationship? Do you think it was Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, where Farhan Akhtar and Divya Dutta shared an infinite love? Or was it Kai Po Che!, where Sushant Singh Rajput and Amrita Puri played onscreen siblings? Or did you prefer the love-hate bond portrayed by Genelia D’Souza and Prateik in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na? But none of these fairly recent films had a song featuring brother and sister. Gone are the days when songs in films portrayed the pavitra sibling rishta. But we dug into the past and found songs that have represented the relationship beautifully, in good filmi ishtyle.
