The actor was seen sporting an interesting style on the sets of The Front Row with Anupama Chopra
Ranveer Singh – the lean and mean dude – is currently in news for his varied style statements which he is very confidently sporting in his upcoming films – Gunday, Ramleela and Lootera. The guy is full of spunk, on screen as well as off it. And he makes sure he goes the whole hog, style wise, to give his look the much needed edge. So recently we spotted him in an Ermenegildo Zegna suit on The Front Row with Anupama Chopra. And if you notice, Ranveer chose to wear kolhapuris along with that high-street suit. Any other hunk in his place would have opted for cool loafers or a burnished pair of shoes.
But Singh is a style icon – if he can walk into a press conference wearing suspenders along with a half-sleeved white T-shirt and a beret, create a funky portfolio (in which he’s dressed like a gangster, punk et al), obviously he can pretty much appear on a la-di-da type chat show in a casual-sophisticated avatar. We love the style contrast he is creating with the printed shirt, the fedora, the designer blazer and the ethnic pair of kolhapuris. And the fact that he has rolled his sleeves up is evidence enough that the guy definitely knows how to play around with a uber urbane look, and add the signature Singh style masala to it.
