The Ram-Leela actor’s health has shown some improvement after being treated for dengue

Ranveer Singh was admitted to the Hinduja Hospital, Khar, Mumbai after being detected with dengue last Thursday. Our sources tell us that the actor is on the road to recovery and has been responding to treatment well. Though Ranveer will be discharged tonight, he has been advised complete rest for the next two weeks.

The Ram-Leela actor’s tweet made our day. It said, “‘Your love & blessings have helped me fight this illness ! Thank you all for the warmth & wishes that helped me tide over my weakest hour.’

Ranveer was suffering from high fever while he was shooting for in Durgapur for Yash Raj Films’ Gunday starring Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra. The committed actor continued to shoot as per the schedule to avoid any inconvenience and loss to the production house.

It’s a relief that Ranveer is recovering and we’ll hopefully get to see him back in action real soon!
