Riya Sen and Vinay Pathak launch ‘Tere Mere Phere’ music

Director Deepa Sahi throws a grand party and launches the music of the film in true sangeet style

Deepa’s Maya Movies Film production organised the party on Friday night. Hosted by Vinay Pathak and Riya Sen, the show saw a variety of performances by Baba Sehgal, Anup Jalota, Shivi R. Kashyap. All special guests at the party were welcomed by dholki-bajas and ladoos.

The director spoke about the music of the film, “It was great experience and a big challenge to blend Bollywood and Himachali music. But it turned out light and peppy.” The music of Tere Mere Phere is composed by debutant, Shivi Kashyap. “It is a dream come true. The music is a fusion with elements from the world and a definite Himachali touch. We have some very interesting Himachali instruments that have not been used in mainstream music for a very long time,” said the 21-year-old music director. The film is scheduled to release on September 30.
