Saifeena’s D-day is right around the corner. And we take a sneak-peek into the preparations that are on at the Pataudi house right now…

The fuss around Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor wedding is growing and how! While the to-be bride and groom only seem to be glowing more with every passing day, the venue of their wedding is also getting revamped to suit the extravagant affair.

So what’s really up? A sneaky khabru informed us that the Pataudi palace that was being run as a hotel has put its bookings on hold till October 25. “We don’t know what will be the role of the palace in the marriage but renovation is being done,” the khabru said. Oooh!

And then there’s also the paan-talk that’s doing the rounds. We are told that the Pataudis have ordered a wide variety of paans that will be packed in jewellery boxes.

Also, we are told that the traditional shaadi ka joda – one that has been handed down for generations in the Pataudi household – is all set to get a new touch by none other than fashion designer Ritu Kumar.
