Saif Ali Khan is off junk food

The Nawab of Pataudi has given up on his indulgences for his forthcoming film, Agent Vinod

The recent controversy surrounding Saif Ali Khan’s reported brawl at a restaurant has already begun to fade away from public memory and he can now heave a sigh of relief. Saif has worked really hard for his forthcoming film and if the trailers are anything to go by, the film has the potential of becoming the actor’s first blockbuster. Saif, who had put on a few kilos last year, had to train really hard to get the perfect look for his character. Talking about his fitness regimen in a recent interview, he said, “It is wonderful to be in tune with your body. I gave up junk food and now I actually don’t like it. The change helps you sleep better, you look and feel better. It’s not just your waistline. And while I love food and a good whiskey, I’m off it now. Sitting around and drinking is something I am all too familiar with.” After being in the news for a drunken brawl, looks like the actor is trying really hard to shift the focus back to his film. Good luck, Saifu!
