At the music launch of his home production, the actor declined to mouth the film’s dialogues ‘coz he felt they were X-rated
Saif Ali Khan, the Nawab of Pataudi, is as cool as a blue blooded Nawab can get. At the music launch of his upcoming film Go Goa Gone, the actor was at his candid best as he fielded questions from a rabid media.
But when requested by the shutterbugs to mouth a few dialogues from the film, considering he has a rather interesting accent in it as he plays a Russian Zombie killer, the actor refused. “The dialogues are a bit x rated types, so I’d rather have you watch them in the theatre!” said Saif, who also mentioned that his mother didn’t think it was the smartest decision he made. At the same time, he very cheekily nudged his co-producer Sunil Lulla and asked him not to worry much about the censor board rating since they also have a U-rated version where Saif’s dialogues have been toned down!
Saif also hinted that he doesn’t have that long a role in the film, and it’s kind of a walk-on part, a bit bigger than a cameo! But he had to put in some effort for his accent and even had a Russian teacher on the sets who bossed around and shouted at him whenever he went wrong! Well, nice to know the star is taking considerable efforts even for a small role. After all, it is his home production right?
