And apart from doing his share of promotions as the ambassador, Salman has also purchased approximately five per cent stake in of Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. While many Bollywood stars such as Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Boman Irani have been appointed brand ambassadors for airlines and travel websites, Salman is the first one to buy in to such company.

What’s more, according to the reports, the remuneration that Salman receives as the brand ambassador will be given to his charity, Being Human. Awwww! That’s generous, right? But we aren’t surprised. After all, Salman’s very well known for his large heartedness, no?
