After his fallout with Sanjay Dutt, the Shootout At Wadala director continues to stretch his verbal duel with Asin and Vivek Oberoi
Sanjay Gupta, also known as the DVD filmmaker (thanks to his ‘inspired’ outings like Kaante, Zinda etc) is in a controversy yet again. Last time it was because of his tiff with one-time-best-friend-turned-foe, Sanjay Dutt. This time, he has taken on Vivek Oberoi; who we heard, rejected his film, Shootout At Wadala. If Gupta is to be believed, that isn’t the case; it is actually the other way round. In a recent interview, Gupta said, “Vivek Oberoi is a joke which is not even funny anymore but his ridiculous statements make me laugh. I think he is the Prince of Ghaziabad who will get his KLPD (a pun on Vivek’s forthcoming films). And Asin is being silly about the whole thing. She should know where to stop.” Don’t you think Mr Gupta is getting too personal here? Anyway, we’ll wait to see if Vivek and Asin try to get back at the director for making such mean comments about them.
