Sajid Khan’s Humshakals has brought the drag act back in the limelight

Dressing up like women is not a new thing in Bollywood. However, the three mad caps from Humshakals Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor have taken this funny formula to another level. Just like Saifu, Riteish and Ram we look at other Bollywood actors who have dressed up like women in the past.

Salman Khan: Who doesn’t remember the Dabangg Khan’s pregnant women act in Hum Aapke Hain Kaun…! The macho man had surprised everyone in his heydays by dressing up like a woman. Though we think the Jai Ho actor wasn’t looking that bad. The actor was also seen sporting a blonde avatar in the film Jaaneman.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor: Remember SRK and Ranboo’s dhak dhak act with the dancing diva Madhuri Dixit at an award’s night? While the sexy diva had the oomph factor, King Khan and the Kapoor lad probably had the ouch factor. These men were definitely not easy on eyes.

Saif Ali Khan and Riteish Deshmukh: If you think this is the first time Saifu has dressed up like a woman, let us remind you Saif’s Cocktail act. Kareena Kapoor’s hubby had worn a black sheer night gown with red lipstick. Riteish as we all know has always been the drag king. The Humshakals actor has done it all, right from a seductress to a waitress. In this section, Riteish hands down has the maximum experience.

Aamir Khan: Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan does not seem to have any qualms in dressing up like women. The Dhoom 3 actor has sported a sassy avatar for a few commercial ads in the past. He has even repeated his girly act in 1995 for Ashutosh Gowariker’s Baazi.

Akshay Kumar and Deepak Tijori: Khiladi Kumar and his accomplice Deepak Tijori were all girly in one of the scenes in Akshay Kumar’s blockbuster film Khiladi. Wearing a black hat, wig and red lipstick Akki looked drop dead gorgeous. Deepak’s killer expressions were the icing on the cake. In fact in his pink dress and a matching hair band, the actor probably even looked like a cake.

Apart from this, in Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal: Fun Unlimited all the lead actors surely had some crazy moments in the film. Lead actors Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Ajay Degn and Arshad Warsi had donned some dramatic costumes and funky hairdos. Wethinks, these men had gone to an extreme with their daunting looks. Don’t you agree with us?
