Shahrukh Khan and Kajol’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai to be made into a television serial

One of the best love triangle films of Bollywood will be recreated on television, we hear

It’s a film that we and surely you wouldn’t mind watching again and again. And now it’s being made into a television serial, we hear. Yes, if the recent reports are anything to go by then, Karan Johar’s directorial debut, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (KKHH), which starred Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji in the lead roles is soon going to be recreated on the small screen.

Shahrukh and Kajol’s KKHH will be made into a serial titled Jhalli Anjali Ke Toote Sapne ki Amazing Story, which will be aired on Channel V. From what we hear, the makers of the show have roped in Chandni Bhagwanani (last seen in Sony’s Amita Ka Amit) to play the role of Anjali, who will resemble Kajol from the film. Jhalli Anjali… will be shot in Delhi and the main lead actor along with other cast members will be selected from Delhi itself, we are told.

So will Jhalli Anjali Ke Toote Sapne ki Amazing Story be equally impressive as Kuch Kuch Hota Hai? Well, all we can do is just wait and watch, hai na?
