The Baadshah of Bollywood wishes he could vanish into thin air after a foot-in-mouth moment at the function on Saturday
Ever had that feeling when you inadvertently say something embarrassing and wish the earth will swallow you up? Imagine how you would feel if that happened in front of a hundred-odd celebrity colleagues. That’s what happened to Shahrukh Khan at the Colors Screen Awards 2012 on Saturday. The actor tweeted that things didn’t go very well for him while he was hosting the award show. SRK hosted the show in three segments with Katrina Kaif, Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan. He even danced to rival Akshay Kumar’s song Teri Ore with Kat but that wasn’t what gave him the foot-in-mouth feeling.
He tweeted,‘U crack a joke as a host there is a crushing silence. U hope to spontaneously burst into flames, but u don’t get that lucky. Hosting blues..’ We know about his kiss with Katrina, but we wonder what joke he could have cracked that didn’t go down well with his audience. Hadn’t he hit his limit at the Filmfare Awards a few years ago? So much so that even Saif Ali Khan, his co-host, disassociated himself from the jokes? We thought he would have learnt his lesson after that, especially since his My Name Is Khan, RA.One, Don 2 and his rivalry with Salman Khan have already made him the butt of all jokes in the last couple of years. Some people never learn, do they?

Another Biased article.. ur talking about MNIK that won him that same award at most of the major ceremonies last year, DON 2 for which he has won the award this year.. the hell is this website thinking off. Get your head out of Salman’s backside guys!
