They were last seen together in a dream sequence in King Khan’s superhero film RA.One, but in Karan Malhotra’s next they will be sharing more screen time
In what was probably one of the best parts of Shahrukh Khan’s home-production RA.One, he rescues Priyanka Chopra, a damsel in distress, from the clutches of ‘Khalnayak’, Sanjay Dutt. It was the opening dream sequence of the film and it made people think that it would be a great idea to pit King Khan against Sanju baba. The first one to cash in on the idea is Agneepath director Karan Malhotra. Though no official announcements have been made about this, we do hear that the people at Dharma Productions are working hard to make this happen.
The first time Deadly Dutt was seen onscreen with SRK was in the title song of Om Shanti Om, in which almost everyone who is anyone in B-town was featured, with a few exceptions like Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan. After RA.One, many filmmakers toyed with the idea of bringing the two stars together, but nothing worthy came up, till Karan Malhotra came up with a winning thought. The film is said to be a hardcore actioner and because the director has already proved his mettle with Agneepath, the actors are reportedly excited about it.
Wethinks this will be a killer combo and are eager to watch Sanju baba playing the bad man once more, with the intense meanness of Kaancha upgraded.
