King Khan chooses not to promote RA.One on the voyeuristic show, will sit on the hot seat instead

Shah Rukh Khan may be promoting his upcoming film on almost every reality show that is on air – he’s been on Just Dance, India’s Got Talent, and even Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs – but he has chosen to stay away from Bigg Boss 5. Not surprising, as the show is being hosted by his rival Salman Khan after all. There had been speculation that Shahrukh will guest-host the show when Salman is away on a film shoot, as the show’s other host, Sanjay Dutt, is a good friend of his. But that’s not going to happen anymore. However, Shahrukh will appear on Kaun Banega Crorepati 5. Shahrukh had been a special guest on the show during season 1, then hosted season 3, and will now return to the game show to promote RA.One. He confirmed to the media recently that he will guest star on Amitabh Bachchan’s show. Looks like all those rumours of animosity between the Badshaah and the Shahenshah were just that – rumours. We were not all that impressed with KBC 5 so far but this is one episode we know we don’t want to miss!
