Legendary filmmaker Kamal Amrohi’s son passed away in Goa
Shandar Amrohi breathed his last in Goa early today, August 22. He was 68 years old. His last rites took place at Byculla in Mumbai. The cause of death is yet to be revealed.
Shandar was the son of Pakeezah director Kamal Amrohi and Mehmoodie. Kamal later married Meena Kumari. At the time of his death, Shandar was involved in shooting a music video based on his stepmother Meena Kumari’s poems. Shandar had also commissioned a biography about Meena Kumari and his relationship with her.

Huh? how so? He just said in May AT book bash he was not dying yet. Suddenly kya hua that also when he was away from home with all that tell all book and property disputes.. Kuch to gadbad hai!
