The voluptuous star maintains that luck can take you only upto a point, beyond that hard work counts
After making a debut in Salman Khan’s record-tod Dabangg, the well-rounded Sonakshi Sinha turned out be a lucky mascot for B-town directors as her second movie Rowdy Rathore too made it to the coveted Rs 100 crore club. Ever since then, Sona has been labelled as a lucky mascot.
Sona has been getting tremendous appreciation for her performance in Vikramaditya Motwane’s romantic period saga Lootera and now the number freaks are expecting that it’s Sona’s presence could make her newly released movie Once Upon A time In Mumbai Dobaara a success! So does the babe feel the pressure of being the lucky mascot? “I don’t pay attention to it. I am happy with my work, going for shoots and returning home. It’s not my job to think about the box-office figures. My job as an actor ends when the director says cut. I would like to say that I am a good combination of luck and hard work”’ said Sonakshi Sinha in an interview recently.
We agree with the babe and hope that the Mila Luthria’s gangster flick does not meet the fate of Shirish Kunder’s disastrous venture Joker. After all Sona featured in that dud too, no?
