Sooraj Pancholi finally begins shooting for Salman Khan’s remake of Hero

After a lot of controversies, Aditya Pancholi’s son starts shooting for his debut film

Sooraj Pancholi’s life has been quite eventful ever since his name was embroiled in Jiah Khan’s suicide case. The young man who happens to be the son of Aditya Pancholi, was supposed to start shooting for his debut film, Hero, which is being produced by Salman Khan. But the court trials and police investigations kept him away from the shoot.

However, now we hear that Sooraj has finally started shooting for the film, which is a remake of Subhash Ghai’s 1983-superhit with the same name. Suniel Shetty’s daughter – Athiya Shetty is also making her Bollywood debut with Hero. The principal photography of the movie began at Gateway of India and the unit reportedly plans to fly to Manali for a long outdoor stint, after a few days of shoot in Mumbai.

Hero is being directed by Nikhil Advani, who has helmed films like D-Day, Kal Ho Naa Ho and Salaam-e-Ishq.
