Star Ya Rockstar: Debina Bonnerjee & Vikas Bhalla join the list of contestants

With names like Manasi Parekh, Chhavi Mittal, Neha Marda, Ragini Khanna, Sumeet Raghavan, Manish Paul and Sachin Pilgaonkar, Zee TV’s upcoming reality show ‘Star Ya Rockstar’ is already being eagerly awaited to kick start. And the current update is that there are two new additions to this talented bunch of participants — Debina Bonnerjee and Vikas Bhalla.
Confirming the news, a source from the sets says, “Debina Bonnerjee and Vikas Bhalla have joined the singing talents in the show. They shot for the episode yesterday. The first episode of the show will see the introduction of the contestants with some performances and will continue in the second episode.”
A home-grown format, ‘Star Ya Rockstar’ will have TV stars singing on national television for the first time. Judging their vocal talent will be Anu Malik, while Mona Singh will be seen as the host on the show. The show will go on air from October 8 in the 8:30 pm time band on Saturdays and Sundays.
