Supreme Court dismisses Rajasthan government’s plea against Salman Khan

The Supreme Court of India dismisses the Rajasthan state government’s plea against the Dabangg 2 actor in the blackbuck poaching case

Salman Khan, his Khandaan, well-wishers and millions of his fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief, as the Supreme Court has rejected all the allegations imposed on the actor by the Rajasthan government in the blackbuck poaching case.

The case dates back to October 1998, when Salman and his co-stars of Sooraj Barjatya’s Hum Saath Saath HainSaif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre, were caught hunting the blackbucks and were booked under section 52 (attempts to contravene, or abet the contravention of, any of the provisions of this Act) of the Wildlife Act and section 149 of IPC.

Remember we told you about Salman postponing his health check-up trip to the US for a court hearing yesterday? So is the legal trouble over for Sallu? We really hope so!
