Sushmita Sen unveils boxer Mary Kom’s autobiography

The B-town beauty recently launched the autobiography of Indian box Mary Kom

Sushmita Sen was in Guwahati along with Olympic medalist MC Mary Kom where she unveiled latter’s autobiography titled Unbreakable. At the event, Sushmita confessed being a fan of the boxer and even said that she relates to Mary Kom’s journey which has been full of hardships. “I have been a personal fan of Mary Kom and have been following her journey for some time now. Her zeal to excel amidst all odds and determination to overcome every hurdle in her way is worth emulating by women across the globe. I congratulate and thank her for giving us her rendition of her marvelous story through this book which I believe is a simply told tale of a woman’s road to emancipation and empowerment” said the former Miss Universe.

While the Main Hoon Na actor released Mary Kom’s book at IIT Guwahati, Priyanka Chopra who was supposed to promote Kom’s book in Bangalore, ditched the boxer at the last moment. Though Mary Kom has been giving all her time to PC so that she can perfect her role for the former’s biopic, we feel sad she couldn’t be there during her book launch in Bangalore.
