Hans Zimmer, music composer of The Dark Knight Rises expresses his gratitude to AR Rahman
As the much-awaited movie, The Dark Knight Rises of the Batman trilogy, readies for release, its music composer Hans Zimmer thanks AR Rahman along with others for contributing to the film’s music.If you remember, Rahman and Hans had earlier worked together in Oscar Sangamam. Sources have it that the Oscar and Grammy Award-winner has given important inputs to The Dark Knight Rises track. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant will be distributing the movie in Tamil Nadu.
The Dark Knight Rises is a superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother Jonathan Nolan and the story with David S Goyer. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film is the third instalment in Nolan’s Batman film series, Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008).
