The Ghazi Attack new poster: Rana Daggubati-Taapsee Pannu’s intriguing war at sea film is making us restless for the trailer

This year, we have many interesting projects to look forward to – one of being The Ghazi Attack. So, what’s special about this movie? It’s the first submarine based war film. It’s reportedly based on the mysterious sinking of Pakistani submarine PNS Ghazi off India’s eastern seaboard during the 1971 war. Directed by Sankalp Reddy, the movie is also based on his book Blue Fish.  It’s a bilingual release in Telugu and Hindi. And now, Karan Johar, the distributor for the Hindi version has shared a brand new poster revealing the intriguing cast – Rana Daggubati, Taapsee Pannu, Kay Kay Menon and Atul Kulkarni. We love that they have maintained the underwater theme, just like its first look. The tweet has also revealed that the trailer will be out tomorrow. Get ready the Ghazi Attack. after this intirguing poster, we really can’t wait. Also Read: Rana Daggubati turns a HOT naval captain in his first look of Ghazi – view pic

Rana plays a Naval officer in this movie, he released his first look last month, and it created quite the rage. Taapsee Pannu plays a refugee in this film. While speaking with Bollywoodlife EXCLUSIVELY, here’s what Rana had to say,” We built two large submarines in Hyderabad and we shot in two languages, Hindi and Telugu. It’s based on true events that happened in 1971 before the war broke out in India. So it’s one of those conspiracy tales that wasn’t told and when we heard it, we thought it was a very important story to tell. And it happened on the coast of Vizag, which is a place where I grew up in my childhood, where I know of very well. It was rather difficult in terms of sitting inside a submarine and shooting for it. Inside a submarine you lose track of time, daylight (which we didn’t figure when we got in), but we are very excited.” We are too! After all, the movie is one of a kind.

So what do you think of this brand new poster? And what are you expecting in the trailer tomorrow? Well, apart from the interesting plotline, we are excited about the setting considering it’s a war at sea film. The movie is all set to to release on February 17, 2017. Stay tuned for more updates on the trailer tomorrow.
