Jackie Shroff’s son claims that the director and the writers have made several changes in Heropanti
Tiger Shroff, who is all geared up with his debut film Heropanti, confirmed that his debut film is a remake of Allu Arjun’s 2008 hit film Parugu. The debutant actor did claim that they haven’t directly remade the film and only have been inspired from the basic concept of the South blockbuster.
Tiger said, “Yes, it’s a remake of Parugu. However, the writer and the director have made several changes to the film. So when you see the film, you’ll not be able to make that connect since we have only taken the basic idea of the film.” However, the producers have taken the official rights of the film.
Heropanti also stars Southern sensation Kriti Sanon who will make her Bollywood debut opposite Jackie Shroff’s beta. Kriti has done several commercials and photo shoots before she ventured into the industry as a full time actor. Tiger too was also offered several other roles, before he zeroed down on Heropanti as his debut film. The film releases on May 23.
