The movie would be a tale of friendship, loyalty and unconditional love

Tigmanshu Dhulia, the famous director of films like Paan Singh Tomar and Saheb Biwi Gangster series, has announced his next film. Inspired by Guru Dutt, the film is named after the immortal song Bichde Sabhi Baari Baari from his 1957 film, Pyaasa. The film would be a saga about friendship, loyalty and unconditional love – a story of two friends and the ups and downs in their relationship. The movie would show their relationship spanning across 35 years from 1979 to 2014.

A little birdie chirped to us that Manoj Bajpayee would be playing the character of one of the friends. It seems that Tigmanshu has decided to increase his bromance with Manoj. After all, the two started their careers together with Shekhar Kapoor’s Bandit Queen where Manoj played a small role and Tigmanshu was the casting director. Now the two will build up on the director-actor relationship which they have never had before.

So will this film be Tigmanshu and Manoj’s personal tale of friendship? Will the bromance be as good as Jai-Veeru from Sholay? Keep reading this space for future updates.
