Watch the romantic song from the Ayushmann Khurrana-Yami Gautam starrer
Director Shoojit Sircar makes a comeback with his promising, issue-based-yet-entertaining film, Vicky Donor. The buzz has been positive, especially thanks to the pitch perfect casting of Ayushmann Khurrana and Yami Gautam, who look great together. Annu Kapoor adds to the insanity, as he plays a Punjabi doctor, hell bent on convincing Ayushmann’s character to become a sperm donor. The Mar jaiyan song is one of the highlights of the film and has been composed by music-composer duo, Donn-Bann. High on melody, the song has been crooned by Vishal Dadlani and Sunidhi Chauhan. Beautifully filmed, the song will appeal to all the hopeless romantics. There is a certain rawness in the music which adds to the ‘realistic’ feel of the film. Vicky Donor will be releasing on the same weekend as Vivek Agnihotri’s controversy-laden film, Hate Story, which one of the two films are you going for, this weekend?
