Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is ready for an action-packed comeback. And even as everyone awaits to catch this beauty sizzle the silverscreen in Mani Ratnam’s next, here’s a look at what Ash will look like in P Vasu’s film as a Kalari fighter.
The filmmaker who is best known for films such as Chandramukhi and Chinna Thambi, has confirmed that Aishwarya will be a part of his untitled multilingual project, that will see the former Miss World in a fighter’s avatar. During the making of Jodha Akbar, the Dhoom 2 babe had undergone sword fighting training, we hear, the same way, she will be taking up special lessons to perform stunts. That’s not it, two top heroes are being considered opposite the light-eyed beauty. We cannot wait to find out who will be the lucky guy (actor).
This film which is expected to be shot in various locations across India and Cambodia will also have a super-specialised team for visual effects (VFX). Vasu in a statement said, “Aishwarya was really impressed with the script. She will be seen in a never seen before powerful role. She will essay a Kalari fighter in the film and for the same she will undergo special stunt training. Major visual effects companies are being considered. Animatronics expert from France are being hired for the visual effects in the film, which will be shot in exotic locales of North Indian and some important portions in Cambodia.”
Apparently the filmmaker has spent over two years scripting this ambitious project and promises that it will be a hatke movie. He aims to have a larger audience and will be shooting in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi simultaneously.
With the filmmaker having announced his dream project, we hope Ms Rai Bachchan too will come out and talk about her new role. Or is she still contemplating her comeback? We certainly hope that this talented beauty is back to entertain her fans on the 70mm. Let’s just remind this beauty – that out of sight can really be out of mind, hai na BollywoodLifers?
