Speculation continues with Sabyasachi Mukherjee pulling himself out of the fray
When we heard that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will definitely attend Cannes Film Festival this year, we thought that it will be the last we hear of attention-seeking gossip mongers for some time at least. But the buzz has started yet again, with speculation about who will Aishwarya wear to the festival. The new mum will attend the L’Oreal Paris – amfAR (The American Foundation for AIDS Research) dinner that will help raise funds for the fight against AIDS. The strongest buzz was that Sabyasachi Mukherjee will style Ash for her big night out but the designer confirmed that he is not doing so.
“I don’t know from where this news is coming. I am not styling Aishwarya for Cannes red carpet,” Mukherjee told IANS. In the past, Ash opted for gowns made by some of the international designers including Elie Saab and Armani Prive. But with Ash keeping mum on the subject, her fans will have to wait till she actually makes an appearance in Cannes to find out who she chose for the special day.
