While Bebo has been a part of some of the biggest hits in recent times, Katrina has given the most number of hits in her short career. These two hot babes are definitely competing for the top spot

The race between Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif for the number one position is definitely on! Here’s why we think they are the top two contenders for the spot: No other female actor has managed to do what these two have, in the last three years. While Kareena Kapoor has worked with all three Khans in some big budget films— Aamir Khan (3 Idiots), Salman Khan (Bodyguard) and Shahurkh khan (RA.One), Katrina is slated to do big films with the Khans soon – SRK (in Yash Raj Films’ next), Salman Khan (Ek Tha Tiger) and Aamir Khan (Dhoom 3). These two girls are definitely going head-to-head so far. The two have also been big at the BO. Three out of Bebo’s last four films have been huge hits. While 3 Idiots grossed Rs 200 crore and Golmaal 3 earned Rs 100 crore, Bodyguard touched the Rs 100 crore mark too. Katrina, on the other hand, has gone for the medium budget films that have consistently paid off at the BO— Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Rajneeti, Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahaani, New York and Race have all earned good money.

Bebo is now relying on Dhuan with Aamir Khan, RA.One with SRK and Agent Vinod with beau Saif Ali Khan to up her position even further. Katrina, on the other hand, is betting on her Yash Raj movies— one opposite SRK and the other opposite Salman to sky rocket her to the number one spot. But looks like Kareena does have one ace up her sleeve, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine, for which she has demanded an exorbitant fee and it revolves completely around her. After the good reviews Kat has got for her acting skills in Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, she would also be expecting to land an author-backed role soon. Well, it’ll be really interesting to see how this competition unfolds in the coming days. At least it looks like someone is finally challenging Bebo’s star power! What do you think?
