Farah has roped in two people to make a special appearance in her upcoming film

Looks like we are going to witness a lot of cameos by various peeps from B-town in Farah Khan’s upcoming film, Happy New Year. As we had told you earlier Farah’s brother Sajid Khan and Malaika Arora Khan will be making a special appearance in the film. However, now we hear that the Main Hoon Na director has added two more names to the list of special appearances for Happy New Year, which stars Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah.

So who are those two people, you ask? Well, one is Farah’s collaborator, composer Vishal Dadlani and the other is filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. And what roles would they be playing in the film? Reportedly, the two will be playing themselves and will be seen judging a reality show.

But how did it all happen? According to a tabloid, one day Farah bumped into Anurag in Mehboob Studios where he told her he would like to play a part in Happy New Year as he is mostly known and associated with dark cinema like Gangs Of Wasseypur, Dev D, Gulaal are few examples. “I was looking for someone to play a director and promptly offered him the role. I have known him for several years. In fact he was supposed to write Main Hoon Na, but that didn’t work out. I haven’t worked with him before.” Farah was quoted by a leading daily.

The Om Shanti Om director has promised that the cameos in Happy New Year will leave everyone in splits. Well, we couldn’t agree with her more. After all cameos are the new trends in Bollywood. Hai na peeps?
