Why does Ranbir Kapoor want to play a baddie?

The Besharam actor has enough reasons to play a villain. Read on to find out….

Looks like Akshay Kumar’s preaching as an underworld don in Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara has really inspired Ranbir Kapoor to no end! Remember Akki voiced some dhaansu dialogues like ‘Mujhe achcha banne ka koi shauk nahin and Hero marne ke baad swarg jaata hai aur villain jeete jee swarg paata hai’. So, have these hysterical filmy lines moved RK to play a reel-life villain?

Considering the versatile performer that the Rockstar actor is, his reasons to do so was quite a revelation. “I’m dying to play a villain, something what Mr Shahrukh Khan did in Darr,” said Ranboo while talking to a newspaper and elaborated, “Villains ki life badi superb hoti hai. They have good cars, all the pretty ladies around him. But I would like to play it in my own way.”

Ever since the Besharam actor started his filmi career, he has undoubtedly excelled mostly in romantic roles such as in Bachana Ae Haseeno, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahaani, Barfi! and his biggest grosser ever, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. We like his chocolate boy image, and we don’t want him to stay away from it!

There’s no denying that the Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh’s son has the potential to take up any challenging role and perform it to the best of his abilities. But the debonair actor’s charming personality and lover boy image can prove to be a hindrance. Don’t you think so peeps?
