Will Priyadarshan’s ‘Wonder, Fun, Riches’ work at the box office?

It is certainly a task to convert the titles of Priyadarshan’s productions into English. His forthcoming release Kamal Dhamaal Malamaal is no exception

We wonder at the expertise of Priyadarshan’s craft of directing a range of films in different genres. It is unbelievable to note that he’s the same director who has given us wonderfully sensible films like Gardish, Virasat and Aakrosh, and has also come up with terrific comedy flicks like Hera Pheri and Hungama. Now ready with yet another chaotic comedy caper Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal – starring Nana Patekar, Paresh Rawal and Shreyas Talpade – the maverick director is hoping that this film too will be received…

And now, just to make things more fun for director, actors and audiences alike, we converted the titles of some of his films into English. The result, as we expected, was lost in translation!
