Salman Khan’s equation with Karan Johar is not unfriendly, but Shahrukh Khan’s definite presence at KJo’s birthday party could make the Dabangg star think twice about turning up at the do. Will SRK and Salman meet eye-to-eye?

Come May 25 and the gossip mongers will have their eyes firmly glued to one event – Karan Johar’s birthday bash! As the host of the koffee show turns 40, the who’s who of B-town will start streaming in to congratulate the birthday boy. And if things go as per plan, both Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan – the arch rivals in Bollywood – will be seen at the same venue.

We hear that Karan is going to title his birthday bash ‘Naughty at 40’. A lavish party will be thrown by the Agneepath producer at Mumbai’s Taj Land’s End hotel. We also hear that almost everyone from B-town has been invited. Glitzy celebs including Hrithik Roshan, Emraan Hashmi, Kangna Ranaut, Ekta Kapoor, Aditya Chopra, Ayan Mukerji, Tarun Mansukhani and Shakun Batra will make their presence felt at the starry celebration. But all eyes, we know, will be on the two most important guests – Shahrukh and Salman.

Considering KJo’s growing closeness to Salman, the Dabangg star may oblige and attend the party. Shahrukh, being the best of friends with KJo, will definitely be there. Will Salman time his entry smartly and ensure that he doesn’t bump into SRK? Will SRK once again rub against the sensitive side of the Being Human star with his cheeky remarks? Only time will tell.

We just hope the fine conversationalist in Karan will step up and try to bridge the distance between the two warring Khans on his birthday.
