Will Shraddha Kapoor play the second lead in Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Gabbar?

The Aashiqui 2 fame has been roped in to play the second lead in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next project titled Gabbar

After Aashiqui 2, Shraddha Kapoor was offered a number of films by many producers and directors. But all thanks to her arrogant attitude, those directors and producers soon realised that offering a film to this one film-old girl was the major mistake of their life. When Anees Bazmee reportedly offered a role to Shraddha in Welcome Back opposite John Abraham, she turned it down citing John is too old for her to be paired opposite him. Then it was Tigmanshu Dhulia who apparently offered the Aashiqui 2 babe a role in Milan Talkies, but even that did not work for her.

And now it’s Sanjay Leela Bhansali who has offered a role to Shraddha in his next film titled Gabbar. But looks like Sanjay is smart enough to not to offer her the main lead. Yes, you read it right. Shraddha is surely a part of Gabbar, but she will be playing the second lead in the film as the main lead will be reportedly played by none other than Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film’s director, Krish, has said that the cast is yet to be confirmed and that “it’s too early to confirm anything at this stage”. Gabbar which is the Hindi remake of the Tamil action blockbuster Ramanaa will have Akshay Kumar playing the male lead.

We hope that Shraddha doesn’t mind sharing screen space with Kareena. After all, something is better than nothing, right? Or will she turn down this offer like other offers citing Akshay Kumar’s age? Only time will tell.
