Yeh Hai Bakrapur quick movie review: Shahrukh the goat is indeed the hero of this film!

With no Bollywood stars to boast of, will this film survive the wrath of Kochadaiiyaan at the box office this Friday? Find out…

This Friday, Yeh Hai Bakrapur will hit the theatres alongside Rajinikanth’s Kochadaiiyaan and Saqib Saleem starrer Amole Gupte film Hawa Hawaai. The film that has only Shahrukh the bakra, not Shahrukh Khan to boast of is a satire set in a rural India backdrop. Directed by Janaki Vishwanathan, this film revolves around the Qureshi’s family and thei pet goat. Is this black humour entertaining? Our reviewer Vinod Talreja’s quick verdict helps you decide.“As the name suggests, Yeh Hai Bakrapur is a story about a goat named Shahrukh, who is the protagonist in the film. And this no ordinary goat as he is suddenly iconised. To an extent that he is offered brand endorsements like our heroes. Yeh Hai Bakrapur is a fun movie till now. And while the goat is the hero, I have to admit that the characters in the film have done a stellar job with their acting.”
