Yo Yo Honey Singh will not lend his voice to Ranbir Kapoor in Roy!

RK’s Roy has made it to the headlines again. Read on to know why

Few days ago, there was a buzz that Yo Yo Honey Singh will be singing a song for Vikramaditya Singh’s Roy, which would be picturised on Ranbir Kapoor. However, now we hear that these were only rumours. Honey Singh took to social media to tell his fans that the news about him collaborating with Vikramaditya is incorrect.

The delayed film Roy, starring Arjun Rampal, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ranbir Kapoor will begin shooting this month. Producer Bhushan Kumar says, “We will start shooting for the film by the end of the month. First, we will shoot in Mumbai till mid-May after which Ranbir will join the shoot in June. We will wrap up the shoot by July.” He also rubbishes rumours about recording a song with Honey Singh for the film, says, “That news is false; I have not even spoken to him about any song. If we feel the need for a song and we think we can work something out with him, we will do so at the right time.”

Well, so as for now Ranbir Kapoor won’t be shaking a leg to Honey Singh’s voice. But we won’t be surprised if the filmmakers rope him in at a later stage. After all, the Punjabi rapper’s songs are quite a hit among Bollywood fans, hai na?
